Dr. Lester R. Kitchen - Optometrist
Dr. Lester R. Kitchen graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science. He obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Houston. He practiced under the late Dr. J. W. Kinard in Lubbock, TX, then at Lowry AFB in Colorado. He has been an optometrist in Austin, TX for over 40 years.
Dr. Kitchen is experienced in all aspects of eye and vision health, including difficult contact lens fitting (bifocals, keratoconus, and CRT/orthokeratology), treatment of eye disease, and co-management for LASIK and cataract surgery with Texas' leading eye surgeons.
Dr. Kitchen is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Texas Optometric Association, and Central Texas Optometric Society, and has participated in many charity events throughout the years.
He enjoys fishing, hunting on his lease west of Austin, and occasional golfing.
Dr. Aaron T. Wolf - Optometrist
Dr. Aaron T. Wolf, a therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist, received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Chemistry from Baylor University before pursuing his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston. Dr. Wolf has been highly trained in ocular disease such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and age-related macular degeneration. He is experienced in pre and post-operative LASIK and cataract surgery management and has special interest in dry eye and ocular allergy treatment. Dr. Wolf also regularly provides contact lens fitting and pediatric eye exams.
He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association, Central Texas Optometric Society, and Ocular Nutrition Society.
Dr. Wolf is a native Texan, born and raised in San Antonio. He enjoys spending time outdoors around the Texas hill country and gulf coast, following his favorite college and professional sports teams, and playing in various recreational sport leagues.

Valerie Smith - Optician, Ophthalmic Technician
Cindy Salazar - Optician, Ophthalmic Technician
Valerie and Cindy have over 40 years of combined experience in the optical industry. They run all preliminary and diagnostic testing instrumentation and will be the staff members you will be with prior to your visit with the doctor. They are very knowledgeable and eager to educate you on your eyeglass lens styles and materials with superior optics and help guide you on frame selection. Our goal is to have you seeing and looking your best! Valerie enjoys scuba diving, traveling and spending time with her children and grandson. Cindy enjoys spending time along the coast with her two children, Austin's live music scene, motorcycle rides through the hill country and reading mysteries and thrillers.
Terra Reitmeyer - Office Manager
Terra will be the first and last person to greet you in our office. She will assist you with insurance and billing questions, appointment scheduling and contact lens orders. Through her attention to detail, she ensures that our practice operations run smoothly. She enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and shopping.
